The Jean-Noël Thorel Constitution, written in 2011, establishes a governance model that transcends traditional capitalist structures. It defines the principles guiding NAOS and commits the organization to a process of social and societal progress.
The Jean-Noël Thorel Foundation is a non-profit endowment fund created on April 19, 2014, dedicated to realizing human potential in order to make the world a better place. In June 2018, Jean-Noël Thorel donated all of his shares to this philanthropic entity.
